As a native of Charlotte, Derhyl has witnessed the explosive growth and dynamic transformation of his hometown. His exceptional knowledge of the Charlotte region allows him to offer a unique perspective of the city to relocating newcomers and local clients alike. His expertise in contract analysis, finance and negotiating skills go beyond the typical "show and sell" approach to real estate. Derhyl is an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and has earned the Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) designation as a result of his passion and enjoyment in working with the influx of Retirees transitioning to Charlotte.
Although he specializes in listing and selling professional and executive housing, he is also a strong advocate of all who share the American dream of home ownership. Consequently, he is a Preferred REALTOR® of various Homebuyer Assistance agencies and a member of the Fair & Affordable Advisory Housing Council and has earned the Workforce Housing Specialist designation. Additionally, he is a member of the 2009 Keller Williams Agent Leadership Counsel and was selected to be a participant in the Charlotte Regional Realtors Association 2009 Leadership Development Program. Derhyl has received numerous Keller Williams sales awards, and has been profiled by national publication Monarch Magazine and local publications such as Charlotte Magazine and Pride Magazine for his work in the real estate profession and community. Derhyl has worked closely with participants of various Homebuyer Education programs offered by the Charlotte Housing Authority, Urban League of Central Carolinas, and the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Housing Partnership and is an active member of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce.

Trena Miller - Buyer Specialist and Team Partner |
Trena Miller began her career in real estate in 2005 as a Closing Coordinator for another company. She joined the Pruitt Group in the same capacity in 2007 and quickly rose to Buyer Specialist/Team Manager and now Team Partner. In addition to successfully counseling our Buyer clients, she is a "Jacqui-of-All-Trades", who has also assisted with client closing coordination and has served as the team's Webmaster. She recently achieved her Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation.
Trena is an avid real estate investor who is particularly passionate about helping first-time homeowners. Her motto is "Where there's a will, there's a way". Trena is married with six...yes, SIX kids ranging in age from three years to nineteen! Obviously, her organizational skills are truly exceptional! |

Elizabeth Skipper - Listing Coordinator |
Elizabeth (Beth) Skipper has been with the Pruitt Group since February 2007 and is responsible for Seller client care for the Group, including media creation, home staging, listing creation, data entry and web-based advertising for our listings. She is extremely talented in all things technical and media-related, and is a visionary and creative Home Staging Consultant. Beth is a member of the Real Estate Staging Association and the Staging Excellence Alliance. Each of our listings is professionally staged by Beth as an added value to our clients. Dave Lodahl - Marketing and Closing Coordinator |
| Dave Lodahl is The Pruitt Group's Marketing Administrator and Closing Coordinator. Dave's background is in financial planning and loan processing. He has a degree in Financial Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay and currently holds two NASD securities licenses, two insurance licenses and the FIC financial designation. Dave resides in Matthews with his wife, Alissa, and their twin daughters Alexis and Morgan. |
