September, October Were Rough For Charlotte’s Majestic, Historic Trees
After Hurricane Florence, followed swiftly by Tropical Storm Michael, blew through North Carolina, downed trees and scattered tree limbs were a major issue for Charlotte neighborhoods. Winds took down several hundred trees in Charlotte. Charlotte neighborhoods are decorated by very old, very large trees, so this was no small job.
