I just wanted to take the time and thank you for providing great information about the homebuying process. I’m a friend of Kathreen and she introduced me to you at your seminar this past Saturday. I’ve tried in the past to look into buying a home and speaking with various people about the process. One thing I’ve noticed about other realtors is that they were so quick to tell me that I could get into a home with no problem when realistically speaking, I knew I couldn’t because of my credit. I guess they felt that telling me what I wanted to hear would get my hopes up and I’ll admit in the beginning it did. You’re actually the first person who gave it to me straight and nothing was sugar coated and for that I really appreciate it very much. Now I’m more motivated than ever to begin doing what needs to be done and taking the necessary steps to get into my dream home. I’ve received your emails providing me additional resources for credit counseling, homebuyer education etc. Thank you again!
