Despite a small slip in the real estate investment market, Charlotte continued to show signs of strength. It seems investors are still willing to put their money on beautiful Charlotte. Jim Hitt, CEO of American IRA was quoted in a press release saying that the future of Charlotte real estate still looks incredibly strong:
“And what we see here is a broad context of underlying strength for North Carolina real estate. Those people who want to invest in real estate for retirement purposes know that they have to take on a long-term approach. And these numbers suggest that there is still plenty of fuel left in the tank when it comes to the long-term future of the North Carolina real estate region.”
Even though Charlotte saw some flash flooding and downed trees, the market was growing steadily before the storm, and the opinion that the area is a gold mine for real estate has certainly not slowed down despite the temporary negative effects of the storm.
