Charlotte may seem calm now, but this place is about to host one of the busiest events of the year! Don’t miss one of Charlotte’s favorite family events: The 54th Annual “Festival in the Park” in Freedom Park will take place in less than two weeks! Friday, September 21, 2018 from 4:00 pm to 9:30 pm
Saturday, September 22, 2018 from 10:00 am to 9:30 pm
Sunday, September 23, 2018 from 11:00 am to 6:00 pm

The Festival in the Park will feature 180 artists and craft exhibitors. Plus, there will be over nearly 1000 entertainers! The event showcases local and regional artists. Generally, we see around 85,000 visitors, but last year we had around 140,000! So, depending on the weather, we expect a busy festival this year!
