Charlotte Down Payment Resources for First Time Home Buyers – First time home buyers in the Charlotte NC area have an abundance of down payment assistance programs, grants and specialized loan products available to assist in the purchase of Charlotte area homes.  For instance, did you know that $15,000 is available to Charlotte area first time home buyers for down payment assistance?  That’s right!  For a limited time, Charlotte area buyers can purchase a home anywhere in Mecklenburg or Cabarrus counties and potentially qualify for $15,000 towards a home purchase up to a price of $245,000.

What about “No Money Down” home purchases up to $417K for homes purchased anywhere in Mecklenburg, Union or Cabarrus counties?  Informed home buyers in Charlotte have benefited from these and other resources which have allowed them to keep money in their pockets and make the home buying process smooth and stress-free.  The two most important decisions all home buyers can make is to carefully select the proper financing option and a knowledgeable real estate professional to guide them.  Those two critical decisions can literally COST them or SAVE them THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS!
