The Susan G. Komen Foundation is sponsoring a Race for the Cure in Charlotte on October 7, and registration is still open.
The Komen Charlotte Race for the Cure®: Saturday, October 7, 2017
The schedule of events for the Komen Charlotte Race for the Cure is:
- 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. – Registration and packet pickup
- 7:30 a.m. – 5k run/walk start
- 8 a.m. – 1 mile run/walk start
- 9 a.m. – Survivor celebration and closing ceremony
Where is the Race for the Cure?
This year’s Race for the Cure event is in Uptown Charlotte at 401 South Tryon Street.
What’s in Your Packet, and Where Do You Get It?
You can pre-register for the event and pick up your packet at one of two locations:
Komen Charlotte House
2316 Randolph Road in Charlotte
(Thursday, October 5 between 10 a.m. and 7 p.m., or Friday, October 6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
Founder’s Hall
100 North Tryon Street in Charlotte
(Thursday, October 5 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. or Friday, October 6 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
Your packet will include your event T-shirt, your race bib, and all the information you need for the event.
